Processing time:

We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States and international shipping to select countries.

  • Domestic Shipping (United States): Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, but it generally takes 7-21 business days.

Shipping Costs:

  • Flat-rate standard shipping: $5.99 within the US.
  • Free shipping on orders over $75.
  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays or carrier issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your order, please contact the carrier directly.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process.

Exchanges:

  • We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is still in stock.
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team to arrange the return and exchange process.
  • If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  2. We will send you further instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Once we receive the return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
